You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your handle.

Lumina is a performance network for athletes. You agree not to harass, impersonate, scrape, reverse engineer, or use the app to distribute illegal, sexual, hateful or harmful content.

Lumina operates a real-time, zero-tolerance automated filtering system. All text fields, chats and handles are actively screened before transmission. Profanity and toxic language are automatically masked with asterisks (****). Repeated attempts to bypass the filter may result in conversation freezing and account-level strikes.

Any attempt to transmit violent threats, illegal content, terror affiliations or extremist material will trigger an immediate automated system intercept. The message payload is dropped, the conversation is frozen, and the account is subject to permanent restriction without prior warning. This rule applies across DM, Discover, community fields and any other text surface.

MSG is provided as an experimental, opt-in channel between mutually connected users. Messages are sanitized in real time, and either participant can freeze, block or report a conversation at any time. Shared media recap links carry an automatic short-lived access token.

You retain ownership of media you upload to your profile picture and Daily Recaps Vault. You grant Lumina the limited right to store and render that content to viewers permitted by your Circular Data Sharing settings. You confirm you have the rights to every photo you upload.

Lumina's AI coach, nutrition and recovery features are informational. They do not replace medical, psychological or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before making material changes to training, diet or supplementation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the anti-extremism guardrail, with or without notice. Strikes, freezes and bans issued by the automated engine are final pending manual review on request.

The service is provided "as is" during beta. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lumina is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes are announced in-app and continued use constitutes acceptance.
